Ronin-based strategy game Apeiron has recently launched Season 5, introducing FURY Avatar, a combat-oriented character class, alongside a $100,000 prize pool for ranked competitions. Players will have the opportunity to compete in leaderboard-based challenges across both PvP and PvE modes.
The update also expands the game’s economy, with daily rewards available for players who hold Apeiron NFTs. In addition, a new Seasonal Pass system has been added, granting access to additional content and in-game benefits.
The season will run from February 12 to March 26, with top players earning various rewards.
What is Apeiron?
Apeiron is a strategy-based, play-and-earn game that combines real-time battle mechanics with blockchain-powered assets. Players control Avatars, powerful characters that engage in combat using different abilities and strategies.
The game’s economy is built around $ANIMA, an in-game currency used for transactions such as upgrading avatars, purchasing in-game items, and accessing special events. Players can earn $ANIMA through gameplay, including leaderboard competitions and NFT ownership rewards.
Apeiron features a PvP Arena, where players compete in real-time battles, and PvE Dungeons, where they fight AI-controlled enemies to earn points and progress through the game’s content.

Season 5 introduces several key updates, including:
FURY Avatar Class – A new character class specializing in close-range, high-speed combat.
